Why Use NVIDIA GRID?
• NVIDIA GRID virtual GPU (vGPU) Technology provides the same features and experience as they would be on a physical device. • GRID vGPU lets remote servers deliver rich, interactive visual content and scalable support to a multiple concurrent users, sharing one physical GPU without the need for software handholding and API abstraction. • Integrate patented functionality on the silicon level to provide virtualization in hardware; first and foremost a memory management unit (MMU) and dedicated per-VM input buffers. • IT administrators can now balance the graphics demand of users with the physical resources available via vGPU profiles. IT administrators can ensure each user is adequately provisioned simply by selecting the appropriate profile.
